Pearls have charisma.
They also have a history. First discovered coincidentally in the form
of natural pearls while harvesting mollusks, they were traditionally
associated with the gods on account of their extraordinary beauty.
The Greeks considered them a gift of Aphrodite, while the Romans ascribed them to Venus. And even today they are surrounded by seductive legends. |
